Yes, you can use your existing, or a new domain name.
You can choose to configure your domain name to our nameservers, or you can transfer your domain name to us. When you have made your initial order and created your Client Account, we will guide you through the process.
Note: During the Propagation period (which is normally 48 hours max.) your Vaulted Bullion Website and domain will not appear on the internet and your email will not function.
If you decide to transfer your domain name to us then you need an EPP code, which is used as a protection mechanism to ensure that only the rightful domain owner can control the transfer of the domain registration. This is an essential security measure against the unauthorized transfer of domains.
During the process you will be required to contact your current Registrar and request the EPP code from them.
Note: Domain name services contracts are between you and the provider and you are solely responsible for the fees charged by the provider for their services.
Subscription Period is the 12 month period that you initially subscribe to when using our Software Services.
Subscription Plan is the Fee level, or tier, that you are billed at each monthly billing cycle, which is based on the number of Website User Registrations on your Vaulted Bullion Website.
Note: To ensure continuity of service to your Website Users your Subscription automatically renews, or it can be cancelled by you.
During your Subscription Period you pay for the Subscription Plan/s that you are on.

YES. You can start your first 12 months Subscription Period on any Subscription Plan, however, you cannot move to a lower Subscription Plan later, during that 12 month Subscription Period or any subsequent Subscription Periods.

YES. Set-up of your Vaulted Bullion Website to our standard website design, layout and functionality (with your logo and color scheme) has a one-time fee of GBP£1,250.00 exc. VAT which includes:
- Setting up your Vaulted Bullion Website with your domain, choice of base currency, metals range, company branding and color scheme onto our high speed servers.
- Setting up the card payment processing on your Vaulted Bullion Website.
Note: Merchant services contracts are between you and the provider and you are solely responsible for the fees charged by the provider for their services.

You purchase the Vaulted Bullion that you sell to your Vaulted Bullion Website Users from Central Bullion Ltd via your Client Account Dashboard.
Your Client Account Dashboard has the same functionality as Website User Personal Dashboards with the exception of pricing which is set at Client Trade Prices.
You can buy from any reputable source the Bullion Bars, Rounds or Coins that you provide to your Website Users when they use the Buy Bullion For Delivery Service or Convert Vaulted Bullion to Bullion For Delivery Service.
Central Bullion Ltd does not supply Bullion Bars, Rounds or Coins to you as a Client for you to provide to your Website Users via your Buy Bullion For Delivery Service or Convert Vaulted Bullion to Bullion For Delivery Service.
YES. You can close your Client Account by sending notice of your intention to close your Client Account up to the end of monthly billing cycle 11 of the current 12 month subscription period.
You will be charged up until the end of the monthly billing cycle of month 12 of the 12 month subscription period.
We will request appropriate evidence that you have suitable alternative services in place where your Website Users will have continued access to their Vaulted Bullion, Wallet Funds, Transaction History, Invoices and means of redeeming e-Gift Cards.
Note: You are liable and will be charged for any outstanding fees or penalties that you owe us in accordance with the Terms and Conditions before your Client Account is closed.
