I already have a website. Can I integrate your Vaulted Bullion Website Software solution?
You do not integrate this type of Software into your existing Website Software, instead you link it as a 'sister website' to your existing website if you already have one, to expand your range of services for your existing Website customers.

Can I use my own Domain Name ?
Yes, you can use your existing, or a new domain name.
You can choose to configure your domain name to our nameservers, or you can transfer your domain name to us. When you have made your initial order and created your Client Account, we will guide you through the process.
Note: During the Propagation period (which is normally 48 hours max.) your Vaulted Bullion Website and domain will not appear on the internet and your email will not function.
If you decide to transfer your domain name to us then you need an EPP code, which is used as a protection mechanism to ensure that only the rightful domain owner can control the transfer of the domain registration. This is an essential security measure against the unauthorized transfer of domains.
During the process you will be required to contact your current Registrar and request the EPP code from them.
Note: Domain name services contracts are between you and the provider and you are solely responsible for the fees charged by the provider for their services.
What is a 'Subscription Plan' ?
A Subscription Plan is the Fee level, or tier, that you are billed at each monthly billing cycle, for the use of the Central Bullion Software Services.
There are three Subscription Plans: BASIC PLAN, PROFESSIONAL PLAN and BUSINESS PLAN.

Subscription Plan payments are monthly by Bank Direct Debit processed by GoCardless.

How much do you charge for the ongoing use of your Software Services ?
You are charged a Subscription Plan Fee for which you are billed at each monthly billing cycle, for the ongoing use of the Central Bullion Software Services.

Can I start using the Central Bullion Software Services on any Subscription Plan ?
YES. You can start any Subscription Plan. For example you can start on the lowest BASIC PLAN and then later move onto a higher plan.
To ensure continuity of service to your customers and to comply with legal requirements, moving down to a lower plan is not possible.

Are there any set-up fees ?
NO. There are not any set-up fees for any of the Subscription Plans.
Upgrades and Customizing
- There is a one time upgrade fee when moving up from the Basic Plan to the Professional Plan of GBP£ 199.00. (For UK Clients this fee is subject to 20% VAT).
- There is a one time upgrade fee when moving up from the Professional Plan to the Business Plan of of GBP£ 299.00. This includes set-up of Merchant Services to accept Card Payments which is required for the e-Gift Cards Service. (For UK Clients this fee is subject to 20% VAT).
- There are additional Fees for any Customizing work to your Vaulted Bullion Website that you request and order. Refer to the FAQ "Can my Vaulted Bullion Website be customized ? "
Note: Merchant services contracts are between you and the provider and you are solely responsible for the fees charged by the provider for their services.
Are there any Hidden Fees for your Software Services ?
NO. There are no hidden fees for our Standard Software Services.
Some common Examples:
- We do not charge a commission on the transactions on your Vaulted Bullion Website.
- We do not charge you for the Website Hosting on the High Speed Servers.
- We do not charge you for the Metal Pricing software that calculates your every transaction. We do not charge you for the e-Gift Card artwork that we upload for your use.

You do not need to have any technical website or app building experience when you choose Central Bullion white-label Vaulted Bullion Website Software.
We do the initial complete setup of your own Vaulted Bullion Website with your branding and color scheme to our standard website design, layout and functionality.
We can customize your Vaulted Bullion Website as per your request. Currently the hourly rate is GBP£150.00. We will always agree on a fixed price with you upfront. If you need a custom solution then please contact us. We do also offer a custom design for a reasonable price if you want to deviate from our standard design.
You have full control and access in the intuitive backend of your Vaulted Bullion Website to add and amend Text, Images, Music and Video to any of your Information, Blog and News Pages.

This includes those who use the e-Gift Card Service, as e-Gifts Cards can be purchased by anyone, with or without a Registered Account.
What is a Website User Registration ?
A Website User Registration is when a visitor Registers on your Vaulted Bullion Website, creating a Website User Account.
What is Vaulted Bullion ?
Vaulted Bullion is any Precious Metal (Gold, Silver, Platinum etc.) in the form of whole Bullion Bars that you purchase and is then securely held in your Own or Rented, secure, insured, audited facility such as a professional walk in Vault, Safe, or Safety Deposit Box etc.
The Precious Metal Bullion remains in that secure facility at all times as a 'whole' physical Bullion Bar or Bars.
It is sold via Digital Allocation to customers who each buy the Precious Metal 'per gram' as 'part ownership' of the 'whole' physical Precious Metal Bullion bar/s.
The method of allocation that is used by Central Bullion is called Pool Allocated Bullion.

What is Pool Allocated Bullion ?
Vaulted Bullion is Precious Metal Bullion Bars that are held (and remain at all times) in a secure insured facility. Refer to "What is Vaulted Bullion" FAQ.
Pool Allocated Bullion is the term used for the large Bullion Bars that you purchase and then hold in a secure insured facaility as a segregated 'pool' of Bullion Bars which are set-apart from you normal retail stocks.
When your Customers purchase grams of Vaulted Bullion on your Vaulted Bullion website, the intelligent Central Bullion software Digitally Divides and Allocates the segregated bullion 'per gram' to your Customers Portfolios. It is a transfer of ownership to your Customers that is recorded in their Account Portfolios.
The Vaulted Bullion in the pool is digitally divided up and shared out to many Customers who all own a 'part' of the whole physical Bullion Bars. The Bullion Bars remain intact as whole Bars and securely stored on behalf of all of the Customers who jointly own the Vaulted Precious Metal Bullion.
This is the most cost effective way of your Customers building up a portfolio of precious metal because you can charge a much lower price 'per gram' compared to selling them individual whole small bullion bars. This is because when you buy small bullion bars (e.g. 1, 2, 5 grams) you pay a high premium on those small bars, where as when you buy large bullion bars you pay a subsantially lower premium.
How can Website Users and Visitors make purchases on my Vaulted Bullion Website ?
Website Users
Your Registered Website Users pay for their purchases on your Vaulted Bullion Website with the funds in their Account Wallets, which is automatically processed by the intelligent Vaulted Bullion Software.
Your Website Users can add funds to their Website User Account Wallet by:
- Bank Transfer
- Credit/Debit Card
- Redeeming an e-Gift Card.
Website Visitors
Website Visitors to your Vaulted Bullion Website can purchase e-Gift Cards using a Credit/Debit Card.
Note: You should have a strict policy to enable you to comply with Anti-money laundering regulations, where your Website Users can only withdraw funds from their Website User Account Wallet to their verified bank account specified in their Account Dashboard.
Which Currencies can I use on my Vaulted Bullion Website ?
Your Vaulted Bullion Website operates on the 'Base Currency' of your choice that is used for all transactions and calculations for all of your Website User Services.
£GBP, $USD, $CAD, $AUD, $NZD and €EUR are the most common base currencies, however we can setup your Vaulted Bullion Services Website with most local currencies.
Visitors can pay for e-Gift Cards in their local currency and Website Users can add funds to their Account Wallet in their local currency.
Do I have to offer all 6 of the Vaulted Bullion Services on my Vaulted Bullion Website ?
NO. You can choose to subscribe to the BASIC, PROFESSIONAL or BUSINESS PLAN.
- The BASIC PLAN includes 2 Vaulted Bullion Services.
- The PROFESSIONAL PLAN includes 4 Vaulted Bullion Services.
- * The BUSINESS PLAN includes 6 Vaulted Bullion Services.
* If you subscribe to the BUSINESS PLAN it is possible for you to offer less Services of your choice. However, there are certain Vaulted Bullion Services that would not operate efficiently or give your Website Users the best possible service, without other Vaulted Bullion Services also being available to your Website Users.
For example, if you offer the Buy Vaulted Bullion Service or e-Gift Card Service, it is the Peer-to-Peer Market Service where your Website Users can conveniently sell their Vaulted Bullion.
We recommend that you offer ALL 6 Vaulted Bullion Services to achieve the maximum Customer User Base growth, Customer Retention Rates and Profitable Revenue for your business.
Can I temporarily suspend my Subscription ?
NO. To ensure continuity of service to your customers and to comply with legal requirements, it is not possible to temporarily suspend your Subscription.
You can close your Client Account and order again later.

How do I close my Client Account ?
At any time you can send us an email with 30 Days notice of your intention to close your Client Account.
We will request appropriate evidence that you have suitable alternative services and plans to provide for all contingencies in place for you to meet the obligations that you have to your Vaulted Bullion Customers and e-Gift Card Customers.
When we have received such satisfactory evidence, we will send you confirmation of the scheduled date for your Client Account closure which will be the last day of the following subscription month period.
Note: You are liable and will be charged for any outstanding fees or penalties that you owe us in accordance with the Terms and Conditions before your Client Account is closed.
Where do I source the Precious Metal Bullion that I sell to my Vaulted Bullion Website Customers ?
You can purchase the Precious Metal Bullion that you intend to sell as Vaulted Bullion, from any reputable supplier of your choice who sells Precious Metal Bullion Bars that have been produced by LBMA accredited Refiners.
When you sell Precious Metal Bullion as Vaulted Bullion, you are selling 'part ownership' of 'whole' Precious Metal Bullion Bars to your Customers.

If you have subscribed to the Business Plan, the time that it takes to setup the Card Payments solution that you will use to accept card payments on your Vaulted Bullion Website, depends upon your payment services provider.
